Import Customer Service

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle phone with proper etiquette according to company standards;
- Respond proactively to the needs of external and internal customers;
- Perform the import customer service tasks including major priorities;
- Reply enquiry from POL about B/L amendment;
- Answer incoming calls about import shipments;
- Check payment(including local payment and X-payment);
- Send D/O release instruction and monitor cargo status;
- Distribute and reply emails timely in shared mailbox;
- Handle import idle full to minimize the idle days;
- Calculate and collect D&D;
- Manage D&D dispute, M&R dispute;
- Handle exceptional(cargo claim, abandon, re-export, lost B/L);
- Arrange Carrier Haulage;
- Send weekly forecast;
- Prepare weekly import performance report;
- Keep SOP updated for the assigned tasks ;
- Coordinate with OP/SSC/Sales teams for smooth cooperation;
- Enhance customer satisfaction from customer visit and survey;
- Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:

- University Graduate, Good communication skills and teamwork;
- Customer Oriented, Proactive and willing to take ownership;
- Good problem solving skills;
- Constant care on all processes;
- High compliance of business practices and regulations.


Export Customer Service

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist with Key Account & Sales department to take care of the existing business as window person during daily handlings, as well involved R/O request from overseas.
2. Be linkage between internal and external, and can solve problems at first time with professional suggestion.
3. Ensure reporting is done according to standard operation procedures.
4. Being proactive in all jobs and make it a well-recognized culture company wide.
5. Assist to created new SOP if there is any new customer O/B.
6. Proactive communication with customer to get them acquainted with our procedures.
7. Always seek new business opportunity from existing client.
9. Solution offer once there is any handling problems occurred during the daily procedures.

Requirements:
1. College above degree.
2. Good English in oral, written and listening.
3. Skillful internal and external communication.
4. High Responsibility attitude; active and open personality; energetic & proactive.
